For the year 2023, I embarked on an effort to secure a Last Call-Dodge Challenger-GT. Shoppeda lot of dealers. Many were not very flexible. Stopped in at Pine Belt CJDR to see a GT I liked on line. The challenger GT in Triple Nickel was exactly what I wanted. Had the Great Pleasure to meet with Darlene Keats. After speaking over many cups of coffee she knew and understood exactly what my needs where. She went way out of her way to see that my needs were met. I was treated very well and with such true professionalism. I had to trade in two cars. Not only did they allow me to bring the second trade in a few days later- Darlene even drove me all the way home-Over 35 miles. Darlene gave me her personal cell number and I was able to communicate with her all the time with no issues. I would HIGHLY Recommend Pine Belt CJDR and especially Darlene Keats to anyone looking for a great car. Especially a Dodge Challenger or Charger- Get one before they are gone- LAST CALL!! Rob M. The only word for this dealership is DISGUSTING. They ran my credit TEN times with ten banks. Completely unnecessary when I have an amazing credit score. Now that I was placed in a “poor” status wi They ran my credit TEN times with ten banks. Completely unnecessary when I have an amazing credit score. Now that I was placed in a “poor” status with too many inquiries, I proceed with a deal- I was told the vehicle was AWD. It was RWD. Then try to make a deal on a completely over priced lease. I was told they need to run my credit AGAIN!!! NEVER will I ever recommend this place to anyone. I should have been consulted before the constant running of the credit. I would have never consented to this. This manager is the one who did it. Clearly zero common sense. More
