The service manager Leo Vitalin is a horrible representative of leadership & does not value customers! We purchased our car on May 5, 2021, exactly 1 week later the Brembo brakes started to squea representative of leadership & does not value customers! We purchased our car on May 5, 2021, exactly 1 week later the Brembo brakes started to squeal terribly. On May 18, 2021, I brought the car back to be checked & was told by Leo the noise is something I'll have to get use to because nothing was wrong with the car. On May 19, 2021, I emailed David to alert him of the persistent issue and that I contacted Brembo to find a resolution on my own since Leo was not helpful. The Brembo rep informed me the issue is actually a small fix that can be resolved with Brembo B-Quiet Lubricant. David assured me he would forward my email accordingly to Leo & others to get an immediate resolution decision for this matter. However, today is June 13, 2021, and their has been no resolution or contact regarding this annoying issue. I ordered the B-Quiet Lubricant myself & was forced to take the vehicle into Mavis & pay $400 to have the lubricant put on to eliminate to squealing. Needless to say, after being treated like trash by the service manager, coming out of pocket for an issue that could've been rectified by service, we would never step foot in that place again. I suggest anyone looking to purchase a Dodge Charger ScatPack take their business elsewhere to ensure when your vehicle needs to be serviced it is done by caring professionals who actually take the time to research & resolve their customers concerns. Leo is an inefficient leader & his actions showcase why people don't trust taking their cars to dealers for work. The disregard & blatant disrespect for paying customers is Disgusting! We have been coming to Pinebelt for years, mostly out of convenience because we live in Brick. Every time we have used them for sales or service we would swear it would be the last time because the service convenience because we live in Brick. I have finally had enough and will no longer be giving them my business, even if I have to go out of my way. I recently had a minor service for an electrical repair, they kept my truck for 5 days. I work full time. I have an expensive extended warranty through Allstate. They told me the repair was not covered (it was, after speaking with Allstate they said Pinebelt never contacted them). They even had my Allstate contract number on the invoice, so they can't deny knowing of my extended warranty. I should of also gotten a loaner vehicle, but wasn't offered one because the repair supposedly wasn't covered. If you're wondering why I let them keep my truck for 5 days, its because it was a wire to my blinker, and I did not want to risk getting a ticket or into an accident. We had a 1 PM appointment on a Friday at 1 PM, when my wife brought my truck in, they said we did not have an appointment. We had numerous confirmations text and emails through their automated system. Then we were told it would be looked at first thing Saturday morning. Then when it wasn't completed, they told us first thing Monday morning since they are closed on Sunday's. We finally got my truck back on Tuesday. Never again! I can only assume their horrendous customer service is due to the popularity of Jeeps and Ram's, and since they basically sell themselves the customer service has gone completely out the window. I have numerous other complaints involving sales negotiations, lease agreements, and other service issues, but I don't like to waste my time and energy being negative. But enough is enough. Please do not contact me, as I will never use your company again. More

Never wrote a review before and I'm very disappointed. Been a loyal customer of the service dept since purchasing my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Last night, 2/5, came home and the car sounded horrific with rust water on the garage floor. Called to have someone look at it on an emergency basis as I need the car. Could not get an appointment until 2/22. Not acceptable. The suggestion was to take it to the closest Jeep service. You are the closest. Up until today, I have been satisfied with Pine Belt. Not any more. Took the car to a local service service center and it was in bad shape. Water pump, belt tensioner and more. Unsafe to drive. I have an extended warranty with Jeep, but forced to pay $1200 on an emergency basis. This is the 5th Jeep I have owned. Maybe the last. Rick Eytel More

Terrible service sub par parts poor management I admit I have gone to Pine belt Jeep Chrysler since 2016 but continued change of management and poor workmanship forced me to leave. Rear brake job less than oem parts I kno whave to replace, engine job left oil leaking on engine and power seat repair was never programmed correctly. Dont make the mistake of going to Pine Belt you will definitely be sorry as I was and thier Service director is worse one of all. More

Fast forward a few months to needing to make a call for service. This was a horrible experience. The lack of customer service that I received from the first person I dealt with was terrible. I was told told”Well if you want you can go somewhere else”. I spoke to someone who said he was a manager, very rude and just spoke over me. When I called back the service manager was not in so I spoke with Anissa. Thank you Anissa for helping me in my situation. She is an asset in your department. Now , I come in for day of service and was greeted by Frank in service. He was excellent. Now I’m starting to feel better about Pinebelts service department. He proceeds to introduce me to Mark the service manager who allowed me to explain the whole situation of my initial experience. Thank you so much Mark. He was amazing. Come to find out my calls were to the central call center, not the actual Jeep dealership. Mark, Anissa and Frank have restored my faith in Pinebelt! I will never call the other number again, only direct. With all that said my experience ended up very satisfied. Thank you. More

I called the Service number again days later and explained how I never got called back from the "Advisor"and this time the receptionist connected me to the Service Managers voice mail. I left a message there and again I never got called back. This is no way to treat a potential new customer. I finally called World Jeep Chrysler Doge RAM which is a lot further away from where I live and their Receptionist set me up with an appointment and a loner right away. More
My Gladiator was wobbling at high speeds on rough patches. I commute every day, 60 miles. I called another dealer/service place and they said I would have to leave the car, i told them I do t have an patches. I commute every day, 60 miles.
