I went to Pine Belt Subaru Monday morning for a Oil change and tire rotation. They advised me that the front passenger tire has a nail in the tire and they checked it with spraying water and it's leak change and tire rotation. They advised me that the front passenger tire has a nail in the tire and they checked it with spraying water and it's leaking, the tire needs replacing at $221.00. They also said the engine air filter and cabin filter needs replacing at $58. 00 and $55.00. I did the filters but not the tire. I have been driving for 3 days already and the tire all the tires are holding at 35 PSI, with no leaks, so the TIRE DID NOT NEED REPLACING. Regarding the filters, Subaru says to change at 30,000 miles, the car has 19,000 miles, so that also did not need replacing. Then they stick you with an additional charge of $17.00 for "shop-charges". I was takin over the barrel. I think it would be advisable to notify Subaru directly. More

My wife and I went to PIne Belt Subaru with intentions of getting myself into a newer vehicle. We were pleasantly introduced to Mike Tillis and also Mike Marquand. From start to finish these 2 Gentlemen were getting myself into a newer vehicle. We were pleasantly introduced to Mike Tillis and also Mike Marquand. From start to finish these 2 Gentlemen were easily the best people I have ever dealt with when buying a car. They knew exactly what we were looking for, and got myself into a 2022 Impreza. Both showed tremendous professionalism. So this story gets even better as roughly an hour later they got my wife into a 2022 Outback. Talk about 2 great smooth rides. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchasing a car you go speak to these 2 Gentlemen. This is the third Subaru that I have purchased at Pine Belt. This is the first interaction that I have had with Geo Padilla. the salesman that helped my wife and I with our purchase. Geo did a fantastic job in finding a pre-certified used Forester on the Pine Belt lot that fitted our needs. Geo treated us like family and we drove home in our new Forester before the afternoon was over. He was extremely well informed and answered all our questions concerning the operation of our new vehicle. He made a stressful situation much more tolerable. More
