Buying your first car is terrifying. I had very little idea of what to expect and my father is away on a work trip, so I didn’t have his guidance. I had been told that car salesmen are pushy and conniving, but the opposite could not have been more true. Geovannie was kind, fun, helpful, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable from the start and guided me through the entire process. Never once did I feel like I was being forced toward a deal or intimidated into settling for something that wasn’t right for me. He was attentive and thorough, and genuinely cared about every aspect of my experience. Often, I have felt that as a young woman I’m often not taken seriously, especially in an auto arena. But I felt incredibly respected and valued by Geovannie and the rest of the dealership staff. Pine Belt Subaru was a friendly and welcoming environment, that felt less like a corporate dealership and more like buying a car from a trusted friend. Geovannie Padilla I have purchased many cars in my life and always walked out of the dealership feeling dirty and screwed over. Geovannie changed my perception of car I have purchased many cars in my life and always walked out of the dealership feeling dirty and screwed over. Geovannie changed my perception of car salesmen. He is the nicest, most honest and upfront sales person I have ever dealt with. As a matter of fact, Geo is one of the nicest people I have ever met in my entire life. He is a genuine caring honest man. He cared about my needs and situation and was extremely knowledgeable. For the 1st time in my life, after buying over 20 cars in my lifetime, I walked out of a car dealership feeling like I was well taken care of and that I got a fair honest deal. Geovannie Padilla is the reason I felt that way when I left the dealership and why I feel this way days later. Anyone buying a new or used car should go to Geo. Wanted to let everyone know about our story. We began the difficult task of searching for our daughters first car. We looked at many cars and talked to many salesman. We booked a test drive and to our surprise , the day we arrived the car had been sold and we were not made aware of this until we sat at the sales table. Understandably we were extremely upset and proceeded to leave , intending never to return . Our daughter was shattered.suddenly to our surprise a manager came out to see if he could help , his name is Daniel.levine after calming us down he explained the situation and assured us that he would make good on a deal and was very concerned for our daughter who was very upset . After a short while he was able to find a newer vehicle in better condition for exactly where we needed to be on payments and price. Daniel and mike went way above and beyond to make our daughters first car expirience a great one. I would recommend them highly. Thank you guys especially Daniel Levine for your kindness and care . There are 2 things I hate. 1. Serving jury duty. And 2. Buying a new car. That’s why we keep our cars at least 10 years.. He was calm and confident and that made us feel like we could trust Geo fully. I can honestly say of my past three encounters at different Subaru dealerships, by far today’s was the best experience. And I would most definitely come back to deal with geo and Pine Belt again when the time comes. I would also confidently recommend Geo to anyone in the market for new vehicles. If I have to give one negative comment regarding today’s experience, it was the torrential downpour of rain driving home after purchasing the Forrester. But guess what, the vehicle held the road well and the windshield visibility was perfect. I felt very safe. More
