Best experience ever! This was my first new car, and to get it during Covid-19 Fred and everyone at Pinbelt Subaru made it so easy. My parents have a Subaru from there and This was my first new car, and to get it during Covid-19 Fred and everyone at Pinbelt Subaru made it so easy. My parents have a Subaru from there and they also like working with them. I was going to work with another Subaru dealership because of color and they would not work with me at all and did not make things easy. Geo went above and beyond to ensure that I had an excellent experience at Pine Belt Subaru when leasing my 2020 Forester. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and without judgement. He took the excellent experience at Pine Belt Subaru when leasing my 2020 Forester. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and without judgement. He took the time to drive various Forester models into a viewing area so that I could debate over the exterior paint color in a well-lit area. He priced out various options and worked closely with me to offer me the best deal possible. Geo willingly stayed late on a weeknight to complete my sale and confirm that I was set with my insurance; he even took the time to review many different features of my new Forester, even though it was way past the end of his shift! After the sale was finalized, he willingly maintained an open line of communication with myself and my father (hope he didn’t text you too much!) so that my father (who lives locally) could pick-up my all-weather mats once they were available. Geo embodies the definition of customer service and kindness; I couldn’t believe that I could have such a positive experience with a car salesman! Thank you again, Geo, and the Pine Belt Subaru crew for all of your help. I love my new car and look for every excuse to drive her, despite the pandemic :) More

Great Car Buying Experience! Geo Padilla couldn't have made it any easier! He called me on Saturday and I drove off in a beautiful Subaru Outback XT on Monday afternoon. He gave Geo Padilla couldn't have made it any easier! He called me on Saturday and I drove off in a beautiful Subaru Outback XT on Monday afternoon. He gave me his cell phone number, emailed me the documents I could complete from home and had the vehicle waiting in front of the dealership when I pulled up. It took an hour, if that, from arrival to departure. He even had the rental car company come and pick up the vehicle I left on their lot! This is my first time purchasing a Subaru and I couldn't be happier with the vehicle and the treatment I received from every one of the team. He checked in with me the next day, via text, and actually called me to go over a couple of the features I wasn't sure how to use. I don't even have to open the owner's manual. Thanks again Geo and I'm sure I will be texting you with more questions..... More
