I had been looking into Subaru Outbacks for years and had finally been in the market for one. After many previous shortcomings and failures from private parties and smaller dealerships, I thought to stop in and at least check out the Outback they had in their inventory from the AutoTrader listing. After pulling up, Mike was the salesman who approached me kindly and attended to my questions and concerns with patience and understanding.
