This was our first service visit on our Honda CRV Hybrid Touring. Devin was our service advisor and he was awesome. Yesterday's purchase of a 2022 CRV-Touring Hybrid was my first with Don Wessel Honda, and it was an easy no pressure experience. I love the time everyone took to thoroughly go through the buying process an first with Don Wessel Honda, and it was an easy no pressure experience. We came there really as a last ditch effort to find a car. We had purchased there before but just wanted something different. In fact, we had an appt set at a dealership in another city. Our used car salesman Tom who we had used before, went out of his way to earn our business. He came in on his day off, he was very patient, listened to our needs, and let us to do the deciding and one thing I liked was that he was very honest. We needed a certain amount on our trade-in and we got that. Truthfully, we found one that we really liked (that wasn't a honda) and Tom even let us take it to our mechanic to check it out. It had some problems we didn't know about and when we came back a 2015 Honda Pilot had shown up..same price...either it wasn't on the lot or he had forgotten about it. Anyway, it was 20,000 miles higher and he said...try it and see what you think but at 103,000, It had been very well maintained. My wife and I loved it almost immediately. It was in almost immaculate shape, our mechanic loved it and then our experience with Paul the finance person was outstanding. He literally helped us along, answered our questions honestly, put himself in our shoes on a question and just really made us feel at ease. Kudos Wessel Honda, you earned our business. More

Even after the paperwork was done- it needed to be done again- and he brought it to the house instead of having us come back to the dealership. We really appreciate him doing that for us- he didn’t have to. Having a direct connection with someone who knows the details of all the tech in these cars (Wade) is so helpful. I learned things about my 2018 I’ve had for 3 years I didn’t know from our consultation with him. Great feature. More
Attention to detail. Great customer service. I had left my car for it's oil change. After it was done and the shuttle had picked me up at work, It was raining so the shuttle driver, Greg, had the service b my car for it's oil change. After it was done and the shuttle had picked me up at work, It was raining so the shuttle driver, Greg, had the service bay open the big doors to let me out if the vehicle so I wouldn't get wet. A service bay tech took my keys and brought my car to me so I wouldn't get wet in the rain. All this for a simple little Civic (I purchased new from you) getting an oil change. I'm a single mom that has struggled to get back on (and stay on) my feet the past few years. My old car broke down this past Saturday evening, for good. It would need an engine rebuild. A mutual friend got me in contact with Baylee the next day, on Sunday, and she got to work immediately giving me an application to fill out, asking questions about my needs and letting me know about the inventory. By the time I got off work on Monday afternoon, Baylee and Paul were ready for me to walk in, sign paperwork, and drive away with my first independent purchase post-divorce. Not only did Baylee and Paul quickly help me walk away with a safe 2018 Honda, they unshackled one more chain that bound me to that trauma I lived through for so long. I was not expecting the flood of emotion that hit me when I realized I was driving off that lot with a car that I was able to provide for my children myself. Baylee and Paul both made me feel like I was a lifelong friend. They enabled a feeling of self-worth inside that I haven't felt in a long time. Coincidentally, I found as I was there, that there were a lot of mutual connections with people we knew and life experiences that made me feel I was certainly in the right place in my time of desperation. I have already gotten a young family in touch with Baylee to start their car journey with her. I hope Baylee and Paul get to read this. I treasure their kindness and was honored to work with them. I knew nothing about how to buy a car and they made it so smooth that I still can't believe it happened. My children and I thank you so very much. More
