Trash, from the second I got there felt like they were trying to push me away or didn't want me to be there. I set up an appointment nearly 3 weeks out. That was the earliest appointment. There was a person in front of me that did not have an appointment he was told he had to drop off his car and it would be towards the end of the day for pick up. I was told the same thing even though I had an appointment and had already waited 3 weeks. My sunroof was not diagnosed as I would have had to pay $160 for them just to look at the roof (diagnostic fee). I'm pretty sure they would have just quoted me a new su roof. I declined the fee and said just the oil change and the recall. I walked home. I live about 2 miles away. I dropped off at 9:00 am and my vehicle wasn't ready till 3:00 pm. At pickup my I was charged $70 who knows for what as they told me they couldn't give me a receipt and was going to send it via email. I was in a rush so I decided to leave it as is. Still no email receipt. This place sucks. I'll never go back here. I'm even tempted to trade in my truck. More
Terrible. 8 days to make an appointment followed by 4 days of hearing nothing. I had to return in person to find out what was going on. Finally got the car ba 8 days to make an appointment followed by 4 days of hearing nothing. I had to return in person to find out what was going on. Finally got the car back 4 days later with a very expensive repair. Brakes still are not right. Called for days and no return call. Brought it back in person and was told before I explained anything that this has nothing to do with the repair. Now suddenly I need front brakes. Brake fluid leaking in my garage and bottom of car wet under compartments. Feel frustrated. No confidence in mechanic. They are not interested in resolving since they say they repaired why I brought it in. Has not been right since the moment I drive it off the lot. More
I’m giving this Service Center 4 stars, because I had a great experience when I shopped for my car. So I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt that the system seemed to be down. Unfortunately I didn’t have the same experience when I took my car to its first time. No one greeted me, and as I walked in I felt everyone was ignoring me. I had to go to the cashier to see who could help, she directs me to the area where I hadn’t been acknowledged. They took my keys, and I waited inside. I also visited the store and even though I did speak with someone I got a lot of “buts” and felt they didn’t want to work. When my car was ready they gave me my keys and that was it. No comments status on re-calls (which I now know there are a few) or even a we’ll see you at these many more miles. From former cars at other dealerships I’ve had the exterior of my car cleaned, but now I know not to expect that here. I’m hoping my next visit is a lot better. More

Did not reset my oil system so when I left my car still said I needed a oil change. When I went back the service provider tried to tell me it was broken which it was not so they reset my system. Did not to said I needed a oil change. When I went back the service provider tried to tell me it was broken which it was not so they reset my system. Did not top off fluids. Will not be returning & will advise people to go else where. More
