Made an appointment at the Pines Ford's website for an oil change like I always do since the purchase of my Explorer, so I show up for my 8:00am appointment on a Saturday morning and I stood around for 10 oil change like I always do since the purchase of my Explorer, so I show up for my 8:00am appointment on a Saturday morning and I stood around for 10 minutes until a person which I assume works in service since I never got his name, approached me and asked what I needed. I stated I had an appointment for an oil change which then I was informed by him that they do NOT do oil changes by appointments on the Saturdays?! So, my question to him was why??? I had an appointment! He stated that they had changed that process and they are so backed up with service that I would need to wait a good 2+ hours for the oil change. So why did the website allow me to schedule the service on a Saturday morning?? His answer was simple--it's an IT issue. Pines Ford was extremely helpful on the Saturday morning when the shark I mean "salesperson" took my money for the purchase of my Explorer. I have never experienced such BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE at any other dealership in the past. Please remember that your business should be to provide friendly and courteous service to paying customers since you are NOT THE ONLY FORD DEALERSHIP in this area. This is definitely my last time at Pines Ford, I will never step a foot in this dealership not even if they were giving vehicles away for free. I know this complaint will not get anyone's attention at Pines Ford, but I have to say you guys are a JOKE! More
