Worst experience ever buying a vehicle. Maybe it was the color of my skin. I should have walked out when the first finance guy treated me like I was stupid. They trick you and switch paper work around and n color of my skin. I should have walked out when the first finance guy treated me like I was stupid. They trick you and switch paper work around and never call back. Service is just as terrible Everyone who works there is a so called manager and no one address any of your issues. I am trading in my cars because I want nothing to do with these racist jerks. Dont ever buy a car from these mean horrible people who care nothing about you More
Wow, what a guy (if you want to call yourself that). Challenging and threatening me over the phone and tells me that he'll clear his appointments to meet me face to face. Sure... I'll go meet you, I tol Challenging and threatening me over the phone and tells me that he'll clear his appointments to meet me face to face. Sure... I'll go meet you, I told him I'd be there is 30min. I took the 20 mile drive just to see what Ricardo looked like and to grab a business card. Comes up pumped chest and arms out, and starts. I ask him for a business card, he looks confused as that is all I asked for. He comes back with a card and then asks if there is anything else. I'm like, nope that's it. He then challenges me some more "Sounded like you had a lot more to say over the phone". I did have more to say, but I'm not wasting my breath on this poor excuse of a manager. I feel sorry for the secretary/admin assistant, the look of fear on her face from the way Ricardo was acting. I hope that the owner that claims he over heard the conversation takes care of this situation. Nissan dealership only receives 3 stars for the lack of ownership and follow up on our issue. They do receive a few stars as they've accepted their mistakes. Ricardo doesn't get any stars (i had to put one), this is not someone you want on your team. A virus! More
I am completely dissatisfied with the sales people at Pinnacle Nissan.. First, they email me about looking for a vehicle. Next, i find the stock number (from their website) for 2 vehicles. Then they prov Pinnacle Nissan.. First, they email me about looking for a vehicle. Next, i find the stock number (from their website) for 2 vehicles. Then they provide me with a purchase order from 1 of the 2 vehicles. I ask about the other and the sales Manager calls my phone amd proceeds to tell me the numbers for another vehicle I didn't even inquire about when i emailed his sales person the stock number. Then he asks me which stock number is it? Was completely rude and made some disparaging remarks.. Please do not go to this dealership they obviously do not care to listen to the customer and then lie about their inventory only to upsale you on a more higher priced vehicle. As a black man i truly felt discriminated against.. There should be no reason anyone gets talked to and harassed on a Saturday when they are with their kids. Shameful... More
Worst experience. Beware of such money minded people who try to extract as much as money on you. These people force you to buy a car for a certain price and also on the backend they would take all your mon try to extract as much as money on you. These people force you to buy a car for a certain price and also on the backend they would take all your money in the form of DMV credit/title refunds or useless protection plans. Showing off my interest to buy a car was the biggest problem, they formed a team and made every move to convince me, after a long conversation we arrived at a deal. On the minute before signing the contract, they included a protection plan which i don't have any idea and took off any money from DMV title refund as a credit to balance the deal. So beware of such acts, they will showcase as such they agreed to the price but on the background, the finance person would figure out all the possible ways to put up the cost on you. Though my credit history was very good, they gave me a very high APR, i was so disappointed. I didn't back off even after all this, that is big mistake. Wait, disappointments are not over yet, there is one more twist at the end, they gave only one key for the car though i was given an impression like both the keys were there. Once they sell a car, you will not get any respect. I was treated very badly when i went back the next day, to enquire about the title refund. There is a person who takes care of the finance and get your contract signed, he is the one who messed up my buying experience. Infact, he tried hard on me to buy an additional $3k bumper to bumper warranty, and he was little rude while turned him down. He took the liberty of his position to set me with the high APR and also took away from title refund without my knowledge using my acknowledgement on transfer ownership. This incident happened in Pinnacle Nissan on September 2021. I want to give 0 stars to sales mans involved (mark smith, regie), finance manager, desk manager and the customer care. I responded to the survey with all my concerns to Anna Algiene, left a voicemail too but no response or sign of action in return. I feel helpless and cornered. More
Very worst experience, probably the worst people i have ever seen. HORRIBLE experience at this dealership!! Salesperson was great! Finance and other management disrespectful!!! Told them my top down payment and payment I wanted to be at and everytime I tried to leave they great! Finance and other management disrespectful!!! Told them my top down payment and payment I wanted to be at and everytime I tried to leave they followed. Also took my debit card which I thought was strange..but found out that is a strategy tactic to keep you there. A GM contacted me via email and I replied telling him about the awful experience I had and to no surprise I never received a reply!! Do not go here they try to make you feel "less than" and humiliated me in front of others in the parking lot upon leaving! More
Bought a car from them, traded in my car. Found out the car I was sold was illegally modified thusly voiding the warranty. They took the car back and gave me my car back. So far so good? Not so much. They car I was sold was illegally modified thusly voiding the warranty. They took the car back and gave me my car back. So far so good? Not so much. They were high pressure the whole time and made me feel like I was either not worth their time or being unreasonable. But the real reason for the 1 star? They wouldn’t return my down payment because they claimed that they did work on my car while it was there. Which I was never told about until a month later when my check never arrived. Horrible service. Horrible dealership. Don’t buy from here if you have the option. More
Buying a car is probably one of my least favorite ways to spend an evening, but it was made even worse by the treatment we received at Pinnacle Nissan. We tested the car and the sales rep was very courteous, spend an evening, but it was made even worse by the treatment we received at Pinnacle Nissan. We tested the car and the sales rep was very courteous, albeit not as knowledgeable of the car as we were. While the first offer he showed us was $300 per month MORE than we originally told him we wanted to spend, the reason for the one star review is because of the sales manager, Jared Templeton. We decided the deal was not going to work and asked for the keys back to my car that we were considering trading in. Our sales rep came back with another offer, not our keys. We firmly asked for our keys so we could leave. Jared came over instead with an offer and we again asked for our keys. He handed them over and my husband turned to me to ask if those looked correct because I had just added a new keychain. I said yes, and Jared said, “you don’t even know what car she’s trading in?” with a smirk on his face. I was appalled and we immediately left. I cannot believe that they not only withheld the keys to OUR VEHICLE, but that he also had the nerve to say something so rude to potential customers. Don’t EVER go to this dealership unless you want to be screwed over or treated poorly. More
We looked at a vehicle but decided it wasn't for us, but everyone at Pinnacle did the best to try and help us find the right car. Dillon the salesman was great to work with. Beyond disappointed with this experience. Not once but twice I was sold a car they did not have. After giving them a second chance and being promised they had the car, spending an hour between driving the twice I was sold a car they did not have. After giving them a second chance and being promised they had the car, spending an hour between driving there and signing paper work I was told the car would be delivered. A week goes by and I hear nothing from the dealer. I called to be informed the car I had already signed paper work on was sold. Low level communication and definitely not the experience I was expecting when I was purchasing a GTR. More
