We bought a battery in September 2019. February 2nd 2020 it was dead. Couldn’t even unlock my vehicle with the key fob. I called first thing Monday and spoke with Ryan. I told him my son in law was coming i it was dead. Couldn’t even unlock my vehicle with the key fob. I called first thing Monday and spoke with Ryan. I told him my son in law was coming in with the battery and needed to exchange it. He was given the run around when he got there. Then I get a text saying my service was done , What service? They didn’t even see my vehicle. We took the battery off and put it back on. More
