I highly recommend this team. They work seamlessly together to deliver the truck we wanted at a fair price. I spent less than 15 minutes in the dealership in total. Our salesman, Tamarcus Miles, proactively reached out to associated dealers and swiftly found the exact vehicle we were seeking, minimizing any delays. The aftermarket parts department promptly provided us with a quick and fair quote, and all our accessories are currently being installed. Ryan Walker in the Finance department efficiently processed our paperwork, negotiated a fair deal on our trade-in, and secured the extended warranty we were hoping for. Monique in commercial service took care of our existing vehicle, and I have no doubt that we will perform just as well with this new one.

Very good salesman. The truck was as I wanted. All was good, just about. I was not impressed with the financing through Ford. I should have taken the time to go through my credit union. I thought the interest would be competitive. They were not. I was offered 7.5%. There would be no sale with those figures. I nearly left. Then I was offered 5.4 or 5.9. I accepted but that is even high. So, I paid the truck off and solved that. I was happy with the salesman, truck, and dealership... except for Ford Financing and I felt that I could have been taken advantage of there. I traded a Ford in on my King Ranch. I didn't see a loyalty benefit. In a nutshell... I like my King Ranch truck, and appreciated the salesman and Planet Ford is good. I just don't recommend Ford financing. Jim H.

My experience with Mac Haik Ford was great. We agreed upon a price for the vehicle I wanted and they had all the paperwork completed within 45 minutes so I didn’t spend hours at the dealership.

I had a very had a bad experience here before but gave it another chance, big mistake. I called ahead about some recalls to address and the person told me I needed to come in to get them fixed, no appointment needed. At the temporary check-in the person radioed 3 times for someone to come and help me, nobody came. Very frustrating as there were 5 staff just hanging around the area doing nothing. I eventually went inside to find someone in service and there were 4 people huddled chatting amongst themselves, two free desks with people behind, and two ladies behind the reception desk. I guess no one wanted to come outside for a customer today. I told the lady behind the desk that I had been told to come in, she checked my VIN and said no, there was nothing they could do for me. I asked who the person was I talked to, it was the other lady sitting next to her. Apparently new and still being trained. Completely wasted my time today, and the worst customer service I have ever seen in any dealership ever. Avoid this place, I will drive a little further next time to Planet Ford for professionals.

On 7/19 we had an AWESOME experience with Megan Acosta (inventory specialist/sales) and Andrea Watson (finance) at Tommie Vaughn Ford where we were literally treated like family. We have been blessed to have contacts at various dealerships over the years where we were treated well, but this experience was the best of all. They met us with the sales manager when we walked in the door, had an offer on our trade before we could sit down, and helped us locate an additional vehicle for a family member (did I mention multiple follow ups for us on the vehicle for our family member). We closed the purchase and will close the other purchase when the located vehicle arrives! Can't say enough about these wonderful ladies!!! Walter & Katherine * Andrea had taken care of our daughter for us on a previous purchase and introduced us to Megan. Thank you Andrea!!
