I had a very had a bad experience here before but gave it another chance, big mistake. I called ahead about some recalls to address and the person told me I needed to come in to get them fixed, no appointment needed. At the temporary check-in the person radioed 3 times for someone to come and help me, nobody came. Very frustrating as there were 5 staff just hanging around the area doing nothing. I eventually went inside to find someone in service and there were 4 people huddled chatting amongst themselves, two free desks with people behind, and two ladies behind the reception desk. I guess no one wanted to come outside for a customer today. I told the lady behind the desk that I had been told to come in, she checked my VIN and said no, there was nothing they could do for me. I asked who the person was I talked to, it was the other lady sitting next to her. Apparently new and still being trained. Completely wasted my time today, and the worst customer service I have ever seen in any dealership ever. Avoid this place, I will drive a little further next time to Planet Ford for professionals.
