H E L L Froze Over ... I bought a Ford!!! After my vehicle being totaled and weeks of looking for a new vehicle, not really wanting a new vehicle, my nephew took me to Planet Ford in Spring an After my vehicle being totaled and weeks of looking for a new vehicle, not really wanting a new vehicle, my nephew took me to Planet Ford in Spring and introduced me to Patrick. He was straight to the point, didn’t heehaw around and after the few sales persons I had been dealing with, it was a breath of fresh air!!! After a few days of waiting for my vehicle to arrive, I received a picture and a text saying it was being unloaded and inspected and would be ready to go. Everyone I dealt with there was great!!! Patrick ... being someone who drove nothing but Chevrolet’s all of her life ... You sold me ... It may have only froze over for the day but I am now the very proud owner of a 2020 Ford Explorer Sport, which I LOVE!!! Thank you sir for being so awesome!!! More

Absolutely the best total over all experience I've ever had. My salesman Jesus Rodriquez is where the good things started, the sales manager was helpful and Chad in finance was awesome.
