Once again, the service we've received last week was of the highest quality we could only imagine. Since our lease was about to expire, we wanted to make an informed decision and look at a variety of car options first. Our Planet Honda representative, Mr. Ed Mueller had patiently listened to our needs, and did a phenomenal job exploring lots of different options for us, with the greatest level of care and kindness possible. We really were given a VIP treatment, both as customers and as humans - he even provided a variety of snacks for us in case we got hungry during the long wait. When we were transferred to new representatives in the process, they were similarly responsible to our needs, and went above and beyond ensuring that we not only received a nice treatment at their facility, but we were also able to walk (well, drive, really:)) away with a deal that made us very happy.
