Glad I stopped by I dropped in for a quick oIL change and tire rotation. They took care of that but found out that my tie rod was cracked and needed replacement. I love going to thecdealer because they know the vehicle and can spot problems that others miss. However, I get the bill for $595 and see the parts cost about 140 but the labor is $393 and then tax etc. I was beyond annoyed. I wish the dealer honored the fact that we can go anywhere for service and treat us customers more fairly because we choose them. More

Poor buying experience. Manager was rude and ineffectual. Priorday, we agreed to meet at 2:00 and yet car want ready.
