Either completely incompetent or outright cheats I called December 22, 2015 I spoke to Monica on the phone I told her I am interested in the Certified inventory vehicle they I asked questions she kep I called December 22, 2015 I spoke to Monica on the phone I told her I am interested in the Certified inventory vehicle they I asked questions she kept giggling and saying oh you guys think the car is worth that much and giggled and said wow so besides that I still have scheduled a visit since I am traveling a far distance I didn't want to waste my time or theirs, I scheduled a appointment same day then I searched the vehicle online again to show my fiancé it was listed as sold. Very disappointed!!! She then called me today which was December 26, 2015 asking to come in that we didn't that day yea because you guys sold it and I got the confirmation by another person there that day when I called to make sure, so I told her when she called I was very interested in that car we both discussed to hold for us to look at because we were planning on buying it that same day she then was arguing raising her voice and saying we can't hold a car for you we will not do that its your loss you guys didn't come (but then if we did, you guys sold it that same day) so we sold it she's very very very rude bad costumer service rep Monica is very very rude I been to this rodeo before with these people but I always try giving second chance but I will recommend them never to go there!!! They will not hold their promise or theirs prices! Monica is the rudest most attitude person there! More
