He was prompt with completing all negotiations and paperwork and the car was delivered on time. The only problem i faced is that I did not get my plates on time and it got delayed. However i am satisfied with all the other aspects of the service and am looking forward to be a regular customer of planet honda. More

Duped I received a call asking if I wanted to turn in my leased car. I wasn't even thinking about it, but was told to just come in and see if "we" can find I received a call asking if I wanted to turn in my leased car. I wasn't even thinking about it, but was told to just come in and see if "we" can find something better. The car that was offered was a downgrade - no sunroof, no heated seats, no tilt steering no leather - But it was a 2015 as opposed to a 2013. I was told at the sales desk that I would be paying the same amount as I was for the 2013. When I finished signing the paperwork in that backroom I was told that my payment would be sixty dollars more. When I questioned why, I was not given a clear answer nor was I offered the chance to rescind the deal --which I stated I wanted to do. I am so unhappy with this new car and feel I was highly taken advantage of. Yes, the salesmen were very nice but I feel they took great advantage of me. For this reason I would never go back nor will I ever recommend this car dealership to anyone. I wish I never got that call. I can't stop crying. I am so unhappy. More
