Jason greeted us from the parking lot and brought us to his desk. He showed us the EX and EXL Honda Odyssey along with the available colors that they had. He also objectively indicated about benefits of extended warranty when we asked him. Again, he did not try to persuade us to buy extended warranty or any other items. I had planned on purchasing a used car in the spring because of the bad winter weather we've had. Today was the first beautiful day we had and it was the perfect day to check out some used cars at Plane because of the bad winter weather we've had. Upon arriving at the dealership we were told where we could find the certified used cars and proceeded to look at some of the cars on the lot. Our salesman Danny was very laid back and explained to us that if we found something we liked to let him know. The best part was there was no pressure and we didn't have a bunch of salesmen following our every step. We were really just looking. The car we found was the perfect car and my husband said to jump on it since he felt it wouldn't be on the lot very long. Danny came over and answered our questions. We told him we wanted to get a good trade for our Camry. He worked with us and his team were just as considerate and helpful. It seemed like a long process but in the end I drove away in my beautiful 2012 Honda Civic. Our financial Business Manager Levie went over all the paperwork and explained in easy terms what I can expect with my payments and warranties on the car. He was great and very professional.
