Very happy I was dealing with another dealership for over 2 weeks going back and forth over the purchase of a new vehicle and trading in my old car. After all th I was dealing with another dealership for over 2 weeks going back and forth over the purchase of a new vehicle and trading in my old car. After all that time they told me my car wasn't worth what I owed and would do nothing further to help me. Just to see if someone else would give me different results I made an appointment to visit planet honda. When I arrived I was introduced to Nate Daniels and he worked with me to sort out my situation and gave me options and possibilities. To make a long story short, the first day I visited them they took my car, took the very low down payment I offered and I drove off the lot with a brand new(only 10 miles on it) 2014 honda civic. I was very happy to leave the lot with a great deal and a great vehicle. I have financed several vehicles over the past few years and I have to say that this was the simplest and fastest transaction I have ever made.i will recommend them to any friends and family that are looking for a new or used car and I will be dealing with them myself in the future.this was a great experience!! More

He treated me with the utmost respect and was straightforward with me from the beginning. I was currently financing a car which I wanted to get out of. It was not an easy situation to be in, but Mark went out of his way to help me trade in my car and get into a brand new Civic, while lowering my overall monthly payment!!! Mark was able to get the max trade-in for my car and made the whole process smooth and hassle free. Awesome Salesman! I came to Planet Honda this weekend to check out the accords. I had already done my research but I wanted to see them in person. Upon arrival, Mark im I came to Planet Honda this weekend to check out the accords. I had already done my research but I wanted to see them in person. Upon arrival, Mark immediately greeted us. He instantly took us to see the accords. He was very knowledgeable about the different trims as well as how each trim would be on gas. He showed me a great car and I fell in love with it. Mark made sure I test drove the Sport Accord in the color I wanted. He was very patient and worked with me to ensure I'd get the car. He made sure I was well taken cared of. In the end, I took home my first brand new car!! He helped me setup my phone to the Bluetooth and put some finishing touches on the car. Overall, I'm very happy with my car and the experience.
