Too good to be true--Hidden Fees! I went in b/c I got an amazing offer from Edmund's on a new fit from Planet Honda. I knew the quote didn't include destination and documentation fees, I went in b/c I got an amazing offer from Edmund's on a new fit from Planet Honda. I knew the quote didn't include destination and documentation fees, nor taxes. I called to specifically ask about any other fees. The person on the phone said that's all she was aware if and that finance would have the last say. When I got to the dealership, Ron said that there were so many extra fees, like a presentation fee of $690 and something else for $390! Apparently there were options on this car that weren't advertised as well, making the CSR well over $1000 more than what I estimated (my estimation included the destination fee, doc fee, and sales tax.) Luckily, they did respect a voucher I had for a $50 visual visa card, so my time wasn't completely lost. I personally wouldn't go back and would caution other buyers about hidden fees. Not all dealerships are like this! I highly recommend Sussex Honda, even though it's a bit far--they're friendly, honest and its a better location to test drive! More

Completely frustrated with her attitude I replied her that I would rather goto some honest, upfront, and straight forward dealership. Her answer was that I was playing games with them. I wonder if her bosses know what kind of sales person they have in their staff. More

From the first step I walked in I was greeted and asked how I could be helped and what I was interested in. Instead of the classic salesman approach trying to sell me specific product, I was given the freedom to sit down and talk about what I was looking for and what price. I was soon introduced to Daniel Boye as one of the top sellers in the show room and I soon found out why. He not only was very friendly but had a smile every second and constantly was looking for ways to make me more comfortable. He provided me with all the information I needed without even asking for it and put in the effort to find me a good deal on my civic. As I told him I wanted a specific car, he went ahead to get the paper work to me and was fast. He noticed I was wearing a soccer jersey and as a soccer fan himself he could relate to me as a customer and as a person, which triggered great soccer conversation. Even when I came back to pick up my plates and registration, he always asked how my mother and I were doing, who was present when I was buying the car. He really strives to connect with his costumers and presenting a charismatic personality, which won me over as a customer. As well as always putting in the extra effort to find me the right people to fix my tire. It has been a great pleasure to have met Danny and I hope that one day I can find another customer and tell them that they are in good hands. The main reason I wanted to write this review was to acknowledge the pleasant experience I had buying my car because of Danny and I can see why he does well in the sales business. More

I started to feel like i would never get my truck and was losing hope. But i had heard about this nice big dealership "Planet Honda" a few times that offers really good price. Planet Honda Should have been my first stop. I only wish i had come here first. I walked in and was greeted by Steven March. He made me feel very welcome and the atmosphere was bright and airy with some music. We got right down to business no games and no back and forth. As a single mom my time is very valuable. I got the truck for way less per month then other dealers had offered. Without the stress. From start to finish 1 hour 30 min and I was gone with my new Honda pilot ex-l.
