2013 accord I purchased my car last March of 2013 one month after it starting giving me problems. It wouldn't turn on and every time I took it to the dealer the I purchased my car last March of 2013 one month after it starting giving me problems. It wouldn't turn on and every time I took it to the dealer they said since they can't duplicate the problem they couldn't help me all they said was trade it it in for a new one but I had to put $1000.00 down. So I've been having this problem for a year now and I filed a claim with consumer affairs and they had a tech from the manufacture come and test the car and he couldn't duplicate it either. I've now got a lawyer and found out that my car in fact is a lemon. I'm a have a lawsuit pending against Honda. Will never buy another car from Planet Honda let alone any Honda!!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone there!! Worst experience ever!!! More

shady sales We came in to look for a used car for my daughter. This was her first buying experience. She found a car she really liked so we discussed price. The car had very high mileage and we felt the price was to high. The salesman want to "his manager" and came back with an offer including tax and all fees. I asked this is the total price no additional costs. He said yes the final bottom line price. We said yes. Than he comes back and said he has to charge another $500.00. That's after my daughter was so happy to get a car she could afford. His manager Jamie Vasco would not even look up. Did not buy the car nor would I advise anyone to go there. This is going to be reported to consumer affairs. More
