These two gentlemen made the transaction go as quickly and smoothly and painlessly as possible and within 2 hours (including a test drive), I was signing the paperwork for a new 2012 Honda CRV EX. Mario Calle was an absolute pleasure and made me feel like I was dealing with a friend and not some aggressive salesperson. His professionalism, friendly nature and warm smile put me at ease throughout the entire process. I can't say enough good things about Mario -- he's as good as they come. Even when I thought pricing negotiations would fail, manager, Sal Lanuto eventually came through with a fair offer and a deal was made.
