As she was happy with the service, she introduced me to the same salesman she has- Francis Duah. Francis made me comfortable right away that I know I could ask him the list of questions that I had. He answers them in a friendly & courteous manner and he was also very knowledgeable. When it came to road test , I ask him a lot of questions regarding the functionality of the car I was driving - a Honda Pilot as I told him that I just hate reading the manual. He was so patient with me explaining everything I wanted to know and he also has a good sense of humor. Chigbo was there to finalize the deal and he was very professional. Everything went smoothly and it was a pleasant experience. When I called to follow-up on things (license plates) Francis always sounds very accomodating and friendly. I will not hesitate to recommend them to my family & friends as I know they will have the same great experience as me. More power to Francis & Chigbo and to Planet Honda! More

I had a great experience at Planet Honda five years ago when I bought the car we traded in and wouldn't go to any other Honda dealership, even though Planet Honda is over an hour away from where we live. I have recommended that my friends and family go to Planet Honda in the past and would do so again. More

On a cold Tuesday afternoon I am stuck looking for a car with no time to spare. Once I pulled into Planet Honda's parking lot in my rental car I was greeted by Frankie with a warm hand shake, I was in a ho with no time to spare. Once I pulled into Planet Honda's parking lot in my rental car I was greeted by Frankie with a warm hand shake, I was in a horrible accident and had no idea what I was looking for in a new or used car to say the least, but he guided me step by step through the complete process. I went from losing a car to regaining a 2011 Honda Accord, never could I have asked for better even the color was what I wanted. I drove him crazy but Frank still didn't give up on me and made sure I understood and was comfortable with all that was going on around me, no question was brushed off nor left unanswered. My main concern was to walk out of there with a reliable car for both myself and my daughter. The main focus was me and what I wanted nothing else mattered at that point to Frank even in his quest to make a sale he never forgot the real reason I was there. Even the rental vehicle he took full responsibility to return for me. My first time at Planet Honda was definitely an experience and will greatly recommend Frank in the near future. Thank you!!! First they refused to give any numbers on the phone or email (gimmick to just get you into the dealership). On visiting them the prices they quoted were DOUBLE of what I had got from other dealers for th email (gimmick to just get you into the dealership). When i informed them they said that i should show them proof of the quote from another dealer. I showed them the email. Even after that that they dint even come close. We walked out, why pay more? They contacted me next day saying they would beat the competitor price. On asking by how much, they refused to give any numbers on the phone and accused me of playing games. While it is the other way, they promise that they will beat the price just to get me back at the dealershipe. When i said that you should be upfront and give me some numbers so i can decide whether it is worth driving 20 miles to their place, the manager refused and SLAMMED the phone down again saying that I am playing games and would take the number back to the competitor. Dont know why planet honda even employs such manager who treat potential customers with such disrespect. If this is the kind of service you get before the sale, can you imagine how bad it would be after the sale. I have also heard about a few cases where people got a deal but the paperwork was not submitted to the bank and later the customer was asked to comeback and sign another set with higher prices. (however i cannot confirm this as I have only heard about this and not personally me the person who went through this experience). If you want a honda go to DCH Academy Honda - honesty, clean, no gimmicks, best prices without haggling. More
