I paid for services not rendered. I waited 4 weeks for the part. I will not ever pay for a service where the part is 4 weeks out. Follow up was very poor. I was the one who had to call for progress report. I had already paid and I felt no sense of urgency on the part of Planet Nissan to get the work that paid for completed. Its too bad that Jarred isnt there any more. He always took good care of me with a sense of urgency. More

There have been times when I show up for an oil change and the wait is longer than I expect. I thought this was going to be the same due to the volume of cars when I arrived. I was in and out relatively quick. I don't know if they made changes to increase efficiency, but I was happy with this visit. More
