I have bought plenty of cars from Planet Nissan and they have been excellent in talking care of my needs. I always refer friends and family. Mike my salesman was very helpful and pleasant to work with and actually called me later to see if i made it home ok and told me about some to left in my trade in. My only complaint is that after spending 30k plus on a used car they only gave me half a tank of gas. I was truly suprised., otherwise great experience. More

I had no information on what was going on or when to expect the vehicle to be ready. I was not assigned a representative to which I could ask questions. After a couple hours I eventually asked one of t expect the vehicle to be ready. I was not assigned a representative to which I could ask questions. After a couple hours I eventually asked one of the men parking cars and he found someone for me to talk with. I then told a text message had been sent to me. It was sent to my son's phone. If I had been interviewed when I first arrived, it would have known that my son was out of town and I was handling his cars recall. My thanks to the men parking the cars, they made the dealership look good. More
