I am very happy with the service department at Planet Nissan. Alex Lobos has served me several times. Alex is always polite and friendly, willing to answer my questions and make suggestions. He definitely goes the extra mile for his customers. Service is done quickly and the car is never greasy or dirty when I receive it back. Making an appointment for service is easy too and everyone I have dealt with at Planet Nissan has been polite and personable. This means a great deal. I had to order touch up paint for my vehicle and the Parts department was also very helpful. Thank you for this dealership's service department and the entire dealership. I am grateful for their service. More
