The entire team at Planet Nissan has been a pleasant experience! I just had my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder serviced for the 1st time and the Service Manager Jason went above and beyond to make sure everythi experience! I just had my 2025 Nissan Pathfinder serviced for the 1st time and the Service Manager Jason went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of in a professional and timely manner. Jimmy from Sales connected me with Jason, and even after the sale of the Pathfinder to me, Jimmy has bent over backwards to help me with anything related to the Pathfinder. This was the most unfriendly service department I have ever dealt with. My service advisor never introduced himself or talked to me.
