After voicing my concerns with FLYING IN onsite, and having a previously BAD EXPERIENCE with another dealership, Saul was not only empathetic of my concerns/needs, but he made the whole remote online buying experience seamless and worry-free! I thought the staff was friendly enough but when I pulled up to the service garage for my appointment I waited by my car for 5 to 10 minutes and no one came outside to check me in or even greet me. I had to go inside to look for somebody to help me. Then they told me to wait by my car (it was very cold outside) and it still took 10 to 15 minutes for somebody to come over just to see why I was there and check me in. I had an appointment but didn’t get checked in until 20 or 30 minutes after my appointment and after having to keep asking someone to help me. It was only me and one other customer checking at the time. More
