A 20 minute oil change should not take over two hours. I asked why they use appointments. Answer; to get me into the dealership. Even with an appointment writer said I could wait but there 13 cars ahead o asked why they use appointments. Answer; to get me into the dealership. What I should have asked was would it be ready that day, the next day, or Monday. More

When I first seen the car I was told that the car was 15,000 and then after everything I was sold a car that I really did not want for a higher price than I planned on paying. I kept asking how much was 15,000 and then after everything I was sold a car that I really did not want for a higher price than I planned on paying. I kept asking how much was the total cost and the dealer did not give me an answer. I want to know if I gave $4,000 down why my total cost of the car never went down? The dealer had me sign for 6 years and told me not to worry about it because I can exchange the car in 10months. I did not want to sign any contract for 6 months. I was not able to test drive the car. The dealer said that I had to have insurance before I can drive the car. Now the car heater is not working and it smells hot. I was not given my warranty handbook. I believe that I was sold a lemon. I really hope that the dealer was telling the truth about me being about to turn in that car in 10 months because I am going to do just that. Then they gave me a dirty car with dog hair in it and smells lime smoke. I had to come the next day for they to half clean it. Also I had to rush to the gas station to put gas in the car. Felix you still owe me that gas. More
