Complete rip off. They tell me I need a complete engine replacement based off of a dip stick and engine oil cap. Took it to a real mechanic that was honest and not trying to screw me over and fixed the pro replacement based off of a dip stick and engine oil cap. Oil change, inspection report came back all pass - but my hood doesn’t stay open and other items previously failed at another dealership - so I knew they hadn’t inspected it, just submitted the form.
