I worked with Christian to purchase a vehicle from them yesterday. I emailed about a silver Rogue but when we were shown the vehicle, it was really nice but the vin didn’t match. We really liked the car and I said as long as the price is close to the one I saw online we will take it. We went through the numbers and signed paperwork but when the car was delivered it wasn’t the one that we test drove. The vin matched the one I originally emailed about. The inside was a different color and had more flaws inside. My boyfriend didn’t notice at first so we drove a few miles to Target and I told him it was different. When we called Christian he said well since they were the same I gave you the cheaper one and saved you$1500, like he did us a favor. That should have been our decision to make, we didn’t even see this vehicle before we purchased it. They pulled a bait and switch which left me with a bad feeling regarding the whole experience More

My most recent service experience was so terrible. Not only will I not be coming back to Nissan for service and repairs, but I will not be trading in or upgrading my vehicle in January with Nissan. I will be going down the street to Centennial Toyota. My husband gets his truck serviced there and says the customer service experience is exceptional. We will both be buying from Toyota. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of friendly customer service at Nissan. Hopefully, for the sake of your other customers, the standard for customer service will be adjusted. More
