I had an appointment online at 2:30pm for someone to take my car for a test drive and check a vibration concern with the steering and was told I would need to reschedule for a morning appointment. When I cam my car for a test drive and check a vibration concern with the steering and was told I would need to reschedule for a morning appointment. When I came back the next day at 8:30am they said they needed the car for about 3 hours so I left it. When I picked it up later in the afternoon the report said everything was normal. What a waste of time. I should go to my other local workshop where people actually help straight away except the car is under warranty with a maintenance plan. More

Everyone we had contact with along the way treated us so well. Everyone seemed to understand my need to replace my Altima quickly after another driver totaled my car as well as her own.
