Horrible! I've had my Nissan for a while and have poured hundreds (well, more than 5k from my records) of dollars for service of my car. I recently had my car serviced (diagnostics and transmission for $357 hundreds (well, more than 5k from my records) of dollars for service of my car. I recently had my car serviced (diagnostics and transmission for $357.09) and not even a few weeks, my car started breaking down (shutting down while driving on the way to work). I didn't want to take it back to Nissan because they would have charged me $150 for a diagnostic test again. So I had my friend who is a mechanic for another dealership check on it. Everything was looking good except for something that he couldn't test because he didn't have the correct tool/computer. So I had to bring it back to Nissan. My friend told the service writer, Ruben Flores, everything that he checked that was good, and to have him check on something specific. When it came time to it, Ruben told my friend that they checked my car and that everything was good. BUT, they checked everything that MY friend said was good, NOT on the specific thing my friend asked. Ruben Flores ended up saying that if they tested for the specific thing, it would be $900! Definitely not! I figured that I should just take my car back and figure it out myself through other service companies. I got charged $150 again (diagnostics that they already did) for something that they checked on a few weeks ago and they still didn't even solve my problem. I've been a loyal customer and this is the way I've been treated. Disappointing! More
Went in for an oil change which they claim is 25 dollars more because of the one and only oil type they use, then with their "Free" inspection they came up with 3500 dollars in repairs. They had photos of parts not even knowing if that was my car, my husband bought 1 part they claimed I badly needed which they said was a 1300 dollar job and my husband found the part for 75 dollar and it took 1 hour to put in though when he pulled the old part out it was intact and wasn't in the type of shape they were claiming from the photo they texted me. They are scamming the public and the BBB and State attorney general should be closing them down for fraudl More

But the reps at the desk were rude and not helpful I stood in front of one for almost 10 min while he flirted with another customer not even ta name.
