Complete rip off. They tell me I need a complete engine replacement based off of a dip stick and engine oil cap. Took it to a real mechanic that was honest and not trying to screw me over and fixed the pro replacement based off of a dip stick and engine oil cap. Oil change, inspection report came back all pass - but my hood doesn’t stay open and other items previously failed at another dealership - so I knew they hadn’t inspected it, just submitted the form. Agent acknowledged, told me they’d inspect, said it would take about 20 minutes. A full hour later I get my car back with several items showing fail/needs maintenance. Bad experience, just wanted my oil changed and to know if anything needed fixing. More

The service area has simply collapsed. Lines for everything , they tell the customer when to arrive, they won’t work in a car when the customer need it done. Mine was a recall, it should have taken everything , they tell the customer when to arrive, they won’t work in a car when the customer need it done. Mine was a recall, it should have taken 30 minutes but my car and I were there 6 hours. I was told it would be 5 hours which seemed ridiculous. I’ve had two muranos. I’m ready for a new car. I’m thinking it will have to be a different brand. More
