I called Planet Nissan before I had my vehicle towed to the Service Department.I was Kindly informed that I did not need an appointment.I got there before my vechicle arrived and was helped by Service Cons the Service Department.I was Kindly informed that I did not need an appointment.I got there before my vechicle arrived and was helped by Service Consultant Heath Marquardt.Heath explained and informed me of what was going to take place after filling out paperwork.I received an email a couple of hours later with the diagnosis and I placed a call and spoke with Heath about the repairs.within an hour my vehicle was ready for pickup.Heath was very Professional & Knowledgeable,Thank You Planet Nissan Service Department for the Great Service & Thank You Mr. Marquardt More

Had to bring the vehicle back for repairs and they made sure to correct things. Friendly staff. I was never charged or paid for a Tire Rotation whenever I bring my car for the change oil or every 4 month’s maintenance. More
