Dropped my vehicle off for an oil change at around 14:30. Ken stated he would text me when my vehicle was ready for pick up . He Did not tell me when the service department closed. I called around 18:15 to check on my vehicle because I did not receive a message for pick up apparently the service department closed at 18:00. I spoke with the manager of sales and he stated that could not help me because the service department was closed and I could call the following day at 0700 to check what the status is. I did not have a vehicle for work the following day . I spoke with Ken the following day he stated he texted the wrong person for pick up and that it was a busy day. When I dropped my vehicle off it did not look busy and Ken was browsing the internet looking at weapons. So that statement seemed false to me! More
