My appt was made for 7 am. I was told my car was first in line for an oil change. When they took my car I was told it would take 4 hours because service dept was cut in half. Waited patiently under overhang with vehicle for awhile to see if anyone would acknowledge me even if there where three employees hanging around. They finally realized I was a customer when another customer started walking up and a female porter asked if I needed help. I understand it was close to 5pm and was the only vehicle that pulled up but this should not happen. I was assigned Jarred as my service advisor and he was more than helpful. Kept me informed on repairs needed and got my vehicle back within that week. If it wasn't for the porter receiving cars in the service department this would easily been a 6 star rating. More

Heath was great. Cannot understand why the mechanics can't figure out what is going on with the a/c system in my Rogue.
