after the 3rd time the car was repaired and is working just This rating is the reverse from the prior rating last week. I will say that this has nothing to do with my service rep but with Nissan. My truck is under warranty and the part that was in need of repair was covered the 1st time and fixed correctly....BUT the O2 sensor connected to the part that was not repaired and was making the engine light stay on. My rep told me that unless the part reads defective Nissan will not ok the repair. Well needless to say they got tired of seeing me and the repair was done. This is my 3rd Frontier and in 2021 I will be buying a new one and yes from this dealership. Again the dealership is wonderful. It is the policy of Nissan that I do not agree with. I will say this much the GOLD plan on the extended warranty is the best. More

Find another option for service Totally takes advantage of loyal customers. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years and I was given a quote extremely high. Then I came to pick Totally takes advantage of loyal customers. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years and I was given a quote extremely high. Then I came to pick up my car without having service done, I was given a much lower quote. Horrible to take advantage of people, especially now! They also said I needed new tires. I just purchased tires from Costco less than a year ago. Do your homework and go elsewhere. This loyal customer will never be back. More
