5,000 mile service When I brought my car in for an oil change about a month ago Jared informed me that I needed a recommended service done because my car had reached 15, When I brought my car in for an oil change about a month ago Jared informed me that I needed a recommended service done because my car had reached 15,000 miles. I told him I was unable to do it then but that I would get it done in the near future. Being the nice guy that he is he reminded me of the service in an email because it's very important that I get it done. So yesterday, Jan 3rd 2020 I called Planet Nisson and asked for Jared of course and scheduled an appointment for the same day at 2 pm. He was very friendly on the phone. When I pulled up to the service shop he greeted me right away shook my hand and was very professional. He informed me it would take about two to two-and-a-half hours. When my car was ready he called me right away. My car was washed also which I loved. Jared treated me very well, he's a nice guy. More

I told him and he start taking pictures, he said initial and sign here, I asked what I am signing, he replied very nasty, is what you told me the car have. And is going to be about 3 hours so don't wait here. I called at 3 pm no response, I called at 4:20pm mo response, I called my sales person Mike and ge told me that the car was ready. KEN IS THE WORST PERSON I MEET IN NISSAN when I bought the car and brought back to service MIKE AND JOSE were very nice. Please educate your people in service department. EDUCATE KEN More
