Tires My tire got a flat and I have a warranty, so when I went to the dealership, I was looking for them to replace the tire. I sat at the dealership for FOUR HOURS, just for them to tell me that they did not have a tire in stock at the facility and they had to order it. This is ridiculous. Whenever I come here for anything, it takes a long time. I don’t know the reason, maybe because I am a young woman and I would have they are not trying to take advantage of me. More

Great service just a little disappointed Tony in service is great. Just a few minor things when they returned my car this time. But I have never ever had these experiences before so they still get 5 stars. First I didn’t have an appointment and they took me, which is helpful because I never know when I’m working. However when they returned car to me I didn’t notice right away but they didn’t fill my tires with air. I paid for the tire rotation so I didn’t know why they wouldn’t fill the tires. No biggie. And also after I left I notice the end of my charger that plugs into my phone was smashed. Not sure how that happened. It still works but hard to plug in. Car was cleaned well and everything else was top notch. More

First and last visit I drove up and was initially greeted and taken to my Representative who seemed to be irritated with an attitude. I waited for my vehicle repair which I drove up and was initially greeted and taken to my Representative who seemed to be irritated with an attitude. I waited for my vehicle repair which took two hours and was called by the Representative who was a few steps from me in the waiting room instead of walking over to let me know my vehicle was finished. I’ve been treated extremely better by other Nissan dealerships so I won’t return to this one. More
