I took my Frontier for an oil change, I didn't have a bad experience but I didn't have great experience. I called to the service department to schedule a appointment for my oil change, a young lady took the experience but I didn't have great experience. I called to the service department to schedule a appointment for my oil change, a young lady took the call and she just ask me the basic question like what I was calling for, I told Sonia Juarez that I was taking in my frontier for an oil change and ask if there was anything available for Saturday in the morning ? She really didn't say much, all she said I have a 9 or 10 am available and I told her 9 am would be great, All she said was okay and that was the end of the call. So I thought maybe she was very busy or she is not having a great day. I showed up to my oil change appointment at 9 am like Sonia scheduled me and service guy came to my car and ask if I had an appointment I told him my name and he said to wait a minute, then a young lady came( Sonia) to me and asked my name again and ask if I was going to wait for my truck or come back later. I told her I was going to wait and she said it would be about 2 hour wait. I walk to the lobby area to wait. I'm just telling you this story because this young girl Sonia maybe a nice girl but she needs to learn little about customer service and people skills, She make me feel like just she really didn't care to much about experience as customer, I was very upset about the whole experience, I was thinking at the time that I have been a customer with Planet Nissan for 10 yrs and have bought like 8 cars, there was a guy name Heat took really good care of me when it came down to service department, he was great with asking me questions about the car and just personal things as well. I was also thinking that I don't need to drive this far to get service on my truck Henderson Nissan is a lot closer to my home and my next car I buy I'll just go to Henderson Nissan as well. but when your upset you think of crazy things. I'm taking the time to write all this because it can take one person in dealership to lose a long time customer and the high management would have no clue what happen. My point to the whole story is this young lady Sonia Juarez doesn't realise what she did or she doing with customers she is talking to, I'm not trying to get this lady fired or in trouble but upper management is aware of my experience. More

Even though I’ve had an appointment for my last 2 oil changes, it has taken 2 hours to get my car back each time. This time they sent me a list of critical items I needed to have done which included rep changes, it has taken 2 hours to get my car back each time. This time they sent me a list of critical items I needed to have done which included replacing several fluids that were just replaced when I had the 90,000 mile servicing. When I told my service advisor, she told me they do that automatically if you are over 90,000 miles. This is a bad business practice in my opinion. More
