My 2010 Nissan 370z touring convertible was involved in an accident, I was rear ended. Two days after the accident the car would not accelerate. Broke down on the highway. I had the car towed to planet Nissan and was assigned to Sonya. I explained everything that happened to her car not accelerating, damage to the trunk which has to be forced to closed, concern about interior frame damage, and my concerns about the convertible drop top not working (opening, closing)…. Over the next 3 weeks I called Sonya, left voicemail, no call back… I stopped by the dealership to see her… she was not working that day so I spoke with another service agent… had to explain everything all over again…was assured that I would get a call with update. Another week goes by no call, I called again, spoke to Sonya, she then says that she provided pictures to the insurance company and that the acceleration issue was due to the fuel pump, the accident did not damaged the fuel pump. The cost to repair the fuel pump was $1,300.00. She also said that the pictures submitted to the insurance company did not reveal any significant damage to the interior frame and that the insurance appraiser gave a repair amount of $2,200. I asked her if the convertible drop top operated (close and open) to which she said the tech did both no issue with the convertible top. She then told me that the dealership cannot due the body work. I told Sonya not to do any work to the car as I was taking the car to the insurance company body shop. When the car was delivered to the body shop I met with the body shop rep. He looked at the damaged (bumper, trunk, rear passenger panel) and with out hesitation said that to him the interior frame was damaged. He said we can verify by looking inside the trunk, if there’s damage it would be visible inside the trunk. He opened the trunk removed from the trunk the spare/lining and we saw the damage. He said that he believes the interior frame is damaged. He said he has to notify the insurance company and that due to the age of the car and the damage, the car may have to be totaled. He explained that if the costs to repair damage are greater than 65% of the vehicle's total value then the car will have to be totaled. He said on average repair costs for the type of damage to my car is around 10,000-12,000. The dealership was going to charge me for a fuel pump to a car that may be totaled. It appears that I will be in the market for a new car, I definitely will not be going to planet Nissan, avoid this dealership, worst experience ever!!! More

On Wednesday my Birthday at that I took my car for an oil change got there on time mind you and was immediately greeted with attitudes all from Men!!! Who gets upset or bent out of shape when a Beautiful Fun Nice woman comes into their establishment? I will never come back here and I will let my friends know this place has lost its touch and a customer!! I called today 12/16/23 to speak to someone about my experience; three hours go by I called back just to be told again the Manager is busy. The manager Alex calls me back with an attitude and already in defense! Alex what did I do to you?! NOTHING!!! (Centennial location) Customer Service in Vegas is horrible in itself but this place Wow!! Never Again!! You don't deserve any stars at all!! I use to give great reviews this is the first I had a bad experience and it will be the last I experience them!! More
