I don't believe Chevy is standing behind its product. Told loud dash rattle is a purge solenoid and normal for the vehicle. It's a new car with a loud rattle. This negatively impacts resale and enjoyment More

We're sorry to hear about your experience, Gustavo, and would love to get to the bottom of it with you and see if there is something we can come up with to turn it around for you as quickly as possible. Our Service Manager and Technician both listened to the vehicle and the noise that they did hear sounded like the normal purge solenoid, however if there is an additional rattle that they did not hear we want to find that and resolve it as quickly as possible for you.
