This has to be the worst dealer. Poor customer service. I have dealt with them several times and all were bad. Went for a oil change and tire rotation. Asked to have some things checked out on previous work on my vehicle. Told me they can do the oil change and tire rotation only and that I’d have to make a separat some things checked out on previous work on my vehicle. Told me they can do the oil change and tire rotation only and that I’d have to make a separate appointment to have other issues checked out. This was on a Tuesday and not the weekend. I marked the drivers side tires to make sure they rotated them and guess what, they didn’t. Every time I come here I feel that they can’t take care of anything. I will not be using this dealership or their service department any longer. More

I want to thank My service writer, David, for his help in getting our 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan back to top condition. The vehicle was under a service agreement but I was concerned that due to the age of the getting our 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan back to top condition. The vehicle was under a service agreement but I was concerned that due to the age of the vehicle that it might not be covered. Horrible experience overall. Service manager (Benny Gonzales) super lazy. Always in the restroom wasting time. No work gets done since he thinks he’s so big and bad. Micro managing at its finest. They are consistently friendly coupled with fast diagnoses of any problems with my Jeep.which is what I appreciate most about th issues with my Jeep. I took my Journey in for an oil change and did not have an appointment. I was in and out in about 45 minutes and they washed my vehicle for me, which was a pleasant surprise. It was quick, easy and conve an appointment. I was in and out in about 45 minutes and they washed my vehicle for me, which was a pleasant surprise. It was quick, easy and convenient. The waiting area is clean, large and there is plenty of space for social distancing, although it was not necessary when I was there, as there were only a couple of other people in the waiting area.
