Horrible Service Experience I have been pleased with VW dealer/product/services for years until today. I called and made an appointment yesterday but I arrived to no appointment. I have been pleased with VW dealer/product/services for years until today. I called and made an appointment yesterday but I arrived to no appointment. Seems to me as an internal problem that affects me as I had to leave work early but the gentleman dealing with me tells me that he is working with me because he respect the Military uniform I wore. Made me feel uncomfortable. Then I asked for tire rotation. He informed me of 10k service charge which I was told I had 2 during my car purshase early this year. He state that was corporate and that they don’t do it anymore and he wanted to see my coupon. We argued for a while until I wanted to get out of there. He ended up not charging me and I wanted to pay for the xxxx rotation. I had paid for service and tires here before and it is not about the money... I hope not to return to this dealer for service. Like I said, I never had a problem before and I don’t expect special treatment but I didn’t feel I was at a VW dealer. Thanks for pissing me off More

Best offer I had been dealing with a sales rep at another vw dealer which was on vacation. So I spoke with another rep who treated me as if I knew nothing about I had been dealing with a sales rep at another vw dealer which was on vacation. So I spoke with another rep who treated me as if I knew nothing about cars. That turned me down. Manager called to make offer but by this time I had already gone to this dealer (Platinum VW) which I am so glad I did. Adam along with his manager made us an offer that was much better then the previous dealership. They were patient with us and never felt pressure to buy. I would definitely recommend this dealership.
