I was in the market to purchase a new 2013 corvette and was ready to do so if the price was right. I discovered Arcadia Chevrolet Buick Pontiac in Arcadia Fl. had one. I contacted the dealer and spoke to someone there (no name) that insisted they didn't have 1 2013 corvette. I informed him Chev Motor division just had told me they did. He hung up on me. I then called back and informed the receptionist of what just happened. She took my complaint and i was contacted by the internet manager Steven Marks. He stated he was sorry about what happened and then I informed him of my decision to negotiate the 2013 corvette that he verified they still had. We went back and forth with emails pertaining to cost and he called me and verbally told me the best they could sell this vehicle for was $49,547.00 OTD. I agreed to that price and asked for a buyers order to be emailed to me so I could take it to my local CU to get the financing. He agreed to email it to me. He never emailed it to me. I contacted the GM Jimmy who said upon 2 different occasions, he would make sure it was emailed to me. When I called Jimmy a third time, he sounded annoyed and said the buyers order was emailed. That night I checked my email and still no buyers order. The next day I contacted chevrolet motor complaints to give them the update and all of a sudden, i get a buyers order emailed to me. The problem is the cost of the unit went up by more than $1700.00? Please submit what your actions will be against this dealer. More

I bought a used car from Arcadia Chevrolet 3 months ago. They would not budge off the internet price, which was slightly higher than the Kelley Blue Book suggested retail. They charged me 248.00 for title and tag transfer and when I questioned it Scott, the finance guy, told me I would get a refund for the difference. According to the Sate of Florida web site the fees should have been 90.00. I have made numerous calls to the dealership and spoke to 3 different people. It's been almost 3 months and still no refund. I asked about the bad reviews I had read about online and they told me that they are now under a new manager who is honest and takes care of his customers. Many new changes taking place here. I did get to meet him when it came time to make the deal. He was great! I was handled in a very professional manner and was given a more than fair deal for my trade in. I called my daughter after I left with my new car. She is looking to purchase a new Sonic. She will be stopping by next week! Thank you Arcadia Chevrolet for giving me the most pleasant car shopping experience ever. So worth the extra minutes to get to Arcadia. More
It takes 1 month to process paper work. BAD BAD Dealer. I paid every penny of the car, and wanted to get my car out of the dealer in a different time, but it takes them 1 month+ to get this paper work, admin paid every penny of the car, and wanted to get my car out of the dealer in a different time, but it takes them 1 month+ to get this paper work, administration, etc. all completed. The sales person is nice, but VERY VERY slow and does not work for the money. I have to call him up to get updates on progress, the status, and the car almost every day. I thought I can trust him with the work, but WASTE OF MY TIME! More

The salesperson knew NOTHING about the vehicles on his lot - he had to check on price, mileage, etc. he frequently had to go to his manager, even to ask for a set of keys. Very unprofessional behavior. We asked about a specific car (we had seen on the Internet, but didn't initially tell him that). The Internet price was different, and the Internet photos clearly showed damage to the rear bumper. Guerrero claimed that he was not aware of any damage or repairs, but we pointed out the paint drips and paint remnants on parts of the car. Their body shop did LOUSY work, and didn't even attempt to conceal it. Plus, they only fixed half of the damage! And for this they want to charge a reconditioning fee, which they only told us about at the end of our visit! We were also told that the Carfax was clean, but when it was pulled it clearly stated that the odometer reading had been altered. Who knows what the real mileage on that car was? This was the worst, most unprofessional, and deceitful treatment I have ever received from a dealership. We won't go back. Run, don't walk away! More

So if you think that you got a good price add $ 1182.00 + tax to the price of any other dealer and think again. More
