Plaza Cadillac was established in October of 1995, and consistently ranks as one of the nation’s top Cadillac dealers for sales and customer satisfaction. Our primary areas of sales and service are here in Lake and Sumter counties, but many of our customers come from throughout the State of Florida.
We take tremendous pride in the level of service that we provide, and we do it by keeping in mind all of the expectations that our customers have for premium dealership. My overall experience at Plaza Cadillac was average. I had an issue with the driver’s side mirror light being cracked, and I was disappointed that the dealership was not more accommodating in resolving I had an issue with the driver’s side mirror light being cracked, and I was disappointed that the dealership was not more accommodating in resolving the problem. I was also concerned that the salesperson and finance manager insisted that I had to purchase the anti-theft package as part of the vehicle purchase. However, after reviewing the agreement, I learned that the package was optional and not required to complete the purchase. Greater transparency regarding optional products would have improved my experience. More

Everyone is always polite and professional when a trip to the dealership is necessary. I have had oil and tire services done in addition to my warranty work. I've been overlooking my oil change until the last minute. Then tried to see if they can squeeze me in without an appointment. They called me back with a cancelation and I was able to get the oil chan minute. Then tried to see if they can squeeze me in without an appointment.
