Great Service Quickly I blew out a tire earlier in the day and had to call road service to put on the spare. I called Cadillac Service to make sure they had the correct re I blew out a tire earlier in the day and had to call road service to put on the spare. I called Cadillac Service to make sure they had the correct replacement tire if I brought the car in later that day or early the nest. When I arrived shortly after 4:00 pm on Friday afternoon, Harry walked over to service to see if someone could replace the tire at that time. Someone could! We went for a oil change & DIC problem, which we to have it's software down loaded and reinstaled. We had this done on a previous Caddy and it took 2 hours, and cleaned all the data we had it.
