Crooks at work! Took my car to plaza Cadillac, was running very rough! They said it needed timing chain repair, @$2,500.00 when done it was the same! Said I need oil Took my car to plaza Cadillac, was running very rough! They said it needed timing chain repair, @$2,500.00 when done it was the same! Said I need oil journals cleaned out in the head! After that the car ran fine! Not sure even what they did, but I was very up set! The held my car for ransom of the $2,500 till I paid the bill. I never believed the Service Manager, The Service Tech and certainly not the Mechanic! Terrible Mechanical Service, Bad Customer Service! Nothing to say but the worst I have ever been treated by a Dealership! In my Book they are Crooks! I’m sure this review won’t be posted on their website! Rick Harris , A very dissatisfied Customer!
