Plaza Cadillac scheduled us in for a low tire, and it ended up needing replacement. We were so glad we purchased the tire insurance when we purchased the car last June. Service center made an appt to put on new tire. I sat in the lounge for 2.5 hours and then they come in and tell me they don't have a tire. They said the tire should be un the next day and would ca I sat in the lounge for 2.5 hours and then they come in and tell me they don't have a tire. They said the tire should be un the next day and would call and let me know so I can schedule an appointment. A week goes br and no one calls me back. I call to see if the tire came in and they says yes its been in. I made an appt to have it put on and waited 3 hours. It is an all day event for a simple tire change. More
